Where to find potential foreclosures in your market before they happen
In Texas all lenders by law must file a Trustee Sale Notice at the county court house prior to selling a home. Each lender is required to provide a 21 day advance public notice. Therefore, 21 days prior to the first Tuesday of each month attorneys, lenders and Trustees on behalf of attorneys or lenders post and file a Trustee Sale Notice.

The notices are public information and may be photo copied or viewed by anyone at the county court house. Several companies and individuals using laptop computers gather, compile and sell this information. We also spend several days gathering and compiling this information and posting it to this site. However, we do not sell the information, we provide it as part of our services to our clients.
In order to buy real estate wholesale, you must have access to this preliminary information. All foreclosure auctions and final property acquisitions start with these legal filings.
If all you want to do is simply purchase the compiled information please view our Listing Resources Page. Our brokers have no affiliation with these companies and makes no representations as to the accuracy of the information they provide.
