Testing the Waters
The easiest way to get started in buying properties wholesale is to review our Lender-Owned Homes section.
The properties found in this section were offered for sale at auction without attracting any bidders. When no one bids at the Trustee sale the bank authorizes the Trustee to place a bid in the amount of their loan, back interest, late charges and legal costs.
The bank, HUD or VA will ultimately put these homes on the market through local Realtors. Often times we can negotiate a purchase immediately after the auction prior to the home being listed on the market. Our clients, submitting an offer the day after the auction, get first chance at purchasing these homes.
We also provide a sample of great buys, bought by third parties at each auction. When you become a client and use our services we will be able to place bids on your behalf.
