Securing the Funds
TravisCountyForeclosures.com is owned by eCountyForelcosures.com, a privately held company.
Certified funds are provided for the acquisition of foreclosed properties to pre-approved buyers. If you can qualify for a standard FHA, VA or conventional mortgage loan you will be elligble to bid on any of the upcoming foreclosures.
Below are the three easy steps for obtaining our certified funds:
1. Meet and sign up under an exclusive buyer representation agreement with one of our Realtors who specializes in foreclosure sales.
2. Complete a standard FNMA/FHLMC loan application available online from any of our participating Realtors.
3. Submit your loan application with credit report fees to our lending partner and obtain final approval subject to finding a foreclosed home.
It's that simple!
After you have signed up with one of our Realtors you will be provided with a login name and password.
You will then be ready to start your search. After you find a home you are interested in, contact your Realtor and submit an offer with both your earnest money and a 1.00% non-refundable option fee. Our broker will attend the auction and buy the property for you. The amount of your offer is the maximum amount you will be required to pay, but you may end up buying it for less. Your home will be purchased in the name of eCountyForeclosures, Inc.
If we are successful in buying the home you will have up to 5 days to inspect the home and complete the transaction, fund your pre-approved loan or forfeit the non-refundable option fee and have no further liability for the transaction.
