The Competition
As with all auctions, rarely will our clients be the only bidders present. In Travis County there are several professional investors who each month compete for the best deals available.
Since we attend every auction, we know these investors and their bidding habits. Some of the professional investors are our clients. Most of these investors limit their bidding to no more than 70% to 75% of current market value. Therefor there is tremendous opportunity for owner occupant and small investor bidding.
Our policy on multiple client bidding for the same property is simple.
We use the following rules:
 We do not bid against our own clients.
We process all bid requests prior to the auction and place the highest bid for each property.
We notify our clients immediately after each auction.
