There are risks associated with buying foreclosed properties at
the court house steps. In an effort to reduce some of those risks
for you, our designated Broker provides research and current market
analysis. We recommend that you do your own research and consult
an attorney regarding the risks associated with bidding at the court
house steps. At the court house steps we never bid against our own
clients. Therefore, the best way to bid directly at the court house
steps is to bid through our designated Broker. There is NO CHARGE
for bidding through us if you intend to flip the property. However,
we do require you to list the property with us when you sell it.
